If you have another wallet / public address that is separate from the other Secret Recovery Phrase i mentioned above, you can import it into your current MetaMask wallet by using the private key for it and in the wallet, next to the account for it, will appear as imported. That's how it works mostly. There are online services to recover missing crypto from metamask wallet which can identify these accounts and display on-chain balances to identify the right accounts but it's better if you can download and run such software locally. Also immediately move the funds to another account after recovery.
